| Q: Are there any hidden fees? |
| A: No, we do not charge any fees for using BabyPail websites. This website was created as a tool to share the memories and photos of a child with friends and family and here at BabyPail we believe that should be FREE! |
| Q: I don't want just anyone to see my site, can I hide it from the public? |
| A: Yes, we have a security section in the parents control panel. Simply set a password for your site and all visitors must use that to view your site. That section also allows you to exclude your site from the BabyPail site search tool. |
| Q: I created a photo album but can't figure out how to add pictures? |
| A: Once you create a photo album simply click on the name of the album and you will see a link that says "Click here to add photos to this album" once you click that link a new window will appear. Simply move the photos you wish to add into the bottom pane. You can add your descriptions or rotate your images in that pane. Once you have all the pictures in the lower pane simply click the "Send" button at the upper right hand side of the screen and your pictures will be uploaded. |
| Q: How do I notify my friends and family that there are new pictures or a journal entry on the site? |
| A: This happens automatically for you so you don't have to remeber to do it. Each guestbook vistitor will be notified of updates on your site. Each person that signs to guestbook has the ability to select which updates they wish to recieve and BabyPail handles the rest! |
| Q: Can I add contacts to the list of people to notify? |
| A: Not at this time. This is a feature we will offer in the near future. |
| Q: Can I edit guestbook entries or delete the ones I don't want on the site? |
| A: Yes, all guestbook entries may be edited or deleted by the parents. |
| Q: Can I use BabyPail for more than one child or a family? |
| A: BabyPail websites are ideal for one child, however with some creativity you can build a site for a family or multiple children. Our photo albums are especially flexible in that regard. |
| Q: I do not live in the United States, can I still sign up? |
| A: Yes! We are thrilled to have users from all over the globe. At this time we do not have other countries as an option on our sign up pages but this is for our record keeping only. If you are from outside the US simply select any state from the list to proceed. |
